Mules
Our system of mules to transport equipment is based on:  Reliability, Organization, Transport System, Safety, Recommendations, Prices and Special Prices

Reliability
Campo Base Adventures and Expeditions is an authorized operator by Parque Provincial Aconcagua for transporting equipment by mules.

Organization
Campo Base Adventures and Expeditions has its own base in Mendoza where we administer, supervise and prepare your equipment to be delivered to  Plaza de Mulas or Plaza Argentina, This guarantees the proper arrival of your equipment.

Transport System
After we have weighed and prepared your equipment, together with its owners, they are sent in our trucks from Mendoza to our mules base in Parque Aconcagua. There, the equipment is transported by mules to our deposit in each base camp, where it is kept under the surveillance of our staff, until it is required by the expedition.

Safety
All the above described actions have been designed for the appropriate care of the equipment.

Recommendations
Each mule can transport up to 60kg. It is advisable to use holding bags of 30kg. If you do not have these bags, our company can provide you with them at no extra charge.

Prices
Our prices include: organization of equipment by our assistants in Mendoza, equipment transfer from Mendoza to Parque Aconcagua in our vehicles, mules, mules keepers, mules food, tips, transfers: Penitentes-Horcones-Plaza Francia (expeditions to Plaza de Mulas) or Penitentes-Punta de Vacas (expeditions to Plaza Argentina).
